Werner van den Valckert (ca. 1585-after 1627) was a Dutch painter of the Golden Age, known for his portraits and religious and allegorical scenes. He was a member of the Guild of St Luke and worked in Amsterdam. One of his most famous works is *Drie regentessen en de binnenmoeder van het leprozenhuis* (1624), which is kept in the Rijksmuseum.
