About "Westerkerk seen from Nieuwe Kerk Amsterdam"

About the artwork

The steeple of the Westerkerk in Amsterdam, renovated in 2024, was photographed from a unique vantage point; the roof of the Nieuwe Kerk, which stands next to the Palace on Dam Square in Amsterdam. Never before has the old Wester been captured so beautifully and razor-sharp from this vantage point. Fortunately, the renovation was completed in time for Amsterdam's 750th anniversary so that the tower will be in tip-top shape! This special work can be ordered in both colour and black-and-white.

About the image maker: as a born and bred Amsterdammer, Peter feels a close connection with the city of Amsterdam. Over the years, he has captured the city of Amsterdam in many iconic works. Other cities at home and abroad also fill his portfolio. Landscape and macro photography are also part of his work.
Meanwhile, he has also earned his spurs as a digital artist, especially with adaptations of old masters.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
