About ‘Where the Light Finds You’ by Ellen Richey Photography

A fleeting moment over the Oosterstaketsel in Blankenberge, as sunlight breaks through stormy skies above the North Sea. Look closely and you can see the layers of clouds and the delicate way the sunlight catches the water.

It reminded me of the quiet wisdom of a lighthouse: sometimes, simply standing through the storm and shining your light can help others find their way around the rocks.

This image brings a sense of calm, hope and quiet strength into an interior. The contrast between the stormy sky and the warm sunlight creates a feeling of light breaking through difficult moments.

It may appeal to people who feel connected to the sea, coastal life and nature, or to those who appreciate photography with a deeper meaning. The lighthouse-like structure can also symbolize guidance, resilience and being a light for others when the way ahead feels uncertain.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
