About "Wings of an angel"

About the artwork

"Like watching the outstretched wings of an angel making a flight to heaven "

Sometimes you make those works that evoke a certain feeling or image as you progress through the process. This is one of those.

What started out as a photograph of the blue sky with white clouds was digitally developed into these wings of an angel.

It has different shades of blue and a little bit of purple which gives it just a little more depth.
The purple tones also give the cooler tones a bit of warmth. The swirling white stripes give the whole thing dexterity and light.

Angels have always attracted me, in paintings in church, in books and other images. I also like to see things in something abstract.

The work is suitable for several rooms , in the office or in a waiting room. Also this work fits with the other digital works I already have in my shop.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
