Martine van Lieshout was born in picturesque 's-Hertogenbosch, where her love for art and craft creativity blossomed at an early age. At a young age, she developed a passion for painting, an interest that led her to the Sint Lucas in Boxtel. There, she threw herself wholeheartedly into her studies, where she mastered all facets of painting, decorating and gilding.
