About "a blade of a gyrocopter on the runway"

About the artwork

You are looking at the runway of Höxter Airport here. In the Teutobergerwald area. What you see is the shadow of the gyrocopter's blade.

The pilot and I flew there from Stadtlohn for the technical maintenance of the gyrocopter. It is now ready and in working order again.

We are on the runway in mountainous area on a hill doing the final checks before take-off. And then.... we head back to Stadtlohn. The weather is exceptionally sunny. The first sunny spring day. Perfect for doing the flight. You can smell the mountain air and the first signs of spring.

We get a go. The blades start turning and the gyrocopter takes a short run-up. Then it whizzes into the air. You feel the wind across your face and smell the trees coming into bloom.

Silently we look at the immense forest we are slowly flying out of. Spring how beautiful you are. It was a beautiful day.

I found the shadow of the wick on the runway a beautiful moment to capture, it fell perfectly in the sunlight. I hope you guys like it too.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
