An extramarital affair (also called: affair, relationship, bev - short for extramarital affair - or its diminutive bev'etje) is a situation where a person enters into a love affair with someone other than the marriage partner, and thus generally cheats on them. This, often covert, relationship gives some people an adrenaline rush, because the person knows they could be caught, and others a feeling of betrayal. Often it is nothing but cheating, and is therefore often a reason for divorce. In some countries, an extramarital affair is therefore punishable as adultery. An extramarital affair does not always have to be cheating by the marriage partner, it may also be that the marriage partner knows about the extramarital affair with good will.

In many cases, one cheats not only the marriage partner, but also the other person with whom the affair is started, by concealing the fact that one is married. When the other person does know this, there may be some hope that the partner will eventually break up his or her marriage and the extramarital affair becomes a full-fledged relationship or even a new marriage.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
