Arrogant portrait of a The red-eared slider or red-cheeked turtle (Trachemys scripta elegans) is a water-loving turtle in the family bog turtles or Emydidae. The red-eared slider is a subspecies of the loggerhead slider (Tracemys scripta). The turtle has had several scientific names, as understandings of its relationship to related species have changed over time. One of these old names that is widely used in literature is Pseudemys scripta elegans.
The red-eared slider is native to the southern United States and Mexico. The turtle is an omnivore that eats both small animals and plant matter. Enemies are larger carnivorous reptiles such as crocodilians and predatory mammals. The eggs and young turtle eggs are eaten by many animals ranging from ants to fish.

The turtle gets its name from the distinctive red spot on each side of the head. Red spots are also found on other turtles, but are then different in shape, size and position on the body. The shell and the rest of the body is green, with distinctive yellow stripes. The ventral side is yellow and has some dark spots.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
