Frigiliana is one of the many white villages in Andalusia but also one of the most beautiful. About 6 km inland from the coastal town of Nerja, the village of 2200 inhabitants nestles against the hills. The small old town with its picturesque streets has been beautifully renovated and is well worth an extended visit. Through narrow streets and many stairs you stroll along stores, restaurants and fine terraces where you can enjoy a drink in the Spanish sun. The village has even been named the most beautiful village in Spain several times.
