Many years ago I worked for a relatively small company in my home town, the owner of which had strong ties with Curaçao, one of the Dutch islands in the Caribbean. I knew he owned a villa on the island and managed to get back in touch with him. As it happens we could rent the place for ten days in the summer of 2015. It was good seeing him again after so many years. Obviously we took our time to explore the island.
