Surrealistic Landscapes on canvas, poster, wallpaper and ArtFrame by Arthesis

My images are rooted in the surrealism of the twentieth century: the dream logic of Dalí, the stillness of Magritte, the symbolism of Leonora Carrington, and the texture of Max Ernst. I use their techniques — alienation, transparent layers of time, archetypal objects, and the play between figuration and emptiness. Yet I rework them within a contemporary context, where digital manipulation and intuitive composition intersect. After hundreds of tweaks, distortions, frictions, and shifts, the painting finally comes to life — completed in Photoshop.
