I am Elias Koster, 27 years old, and I would like to share with you my passion for photography. It all started when I was young and my grandfather taught me the first steps of photography.
My grandfather was an experienced photographer and he inspired me to look at the world through a lens. I distinctly remember him giving me his old camera and teaching me how to focus, expose and create compositions. It felt like magic when I took my first picture and saw the result.
As the years passed, my love for photography only grew further. I started experimenting more and more with different techniques and subjects. Landscape photography especially caught my attention because I love capturing the beauty of nature.
One of my favourite subjects to photograph are Scottish highlanders. There is something enchanting about these majestic animals. Their imposing appearance with their large horns and long fur makes them beautiful models for my photographs.
