Hello,
My name is Kristel van Ruijven and drawing has been a big hobby of mine ever since nursery school. I used to draw so much that I later asked my mum if I’d ever done anything else when I was younger.
After a few years of drawing now and then, I saw a video of my cousin in which she showed someone creating a beautiful painting for her. Since then, I’ve been drawing every week with just as much enjoyment as I used to.
What hasn’t changed either is that I love drawing animals best. I might start doing portraits again later on.
I hope you can see the joy I get from drawing and that you like my work.

Hello,
My name is Kristel van Ruijven, and drawing has been a passion of mine ever since I was in nursery. I used to draw so much that, years later, I even asked my mother if I had ever done anything else as a child.
After spending several years drawing only occasionally, I saw a video from my cousin showing a beautiful painting someone had created for her. From that moment on, I started drawing every week again, with just as much enjoyment as I had when I was younger.
One thing that has never changed is that I love drawing animals the most. Perhaps I will add portraits to my collection in the future as well.
I hope my passion for drawing shines through in my work, and I hope you enjoy my drawings.
