About the artwork

In the blinding heat of Bonaire, embraced by azure waters, lies the mystical staircase called "1000 Steps". A legend whispers that it is not only a physical journey, but also an underwater adventure.

The story begins with an adventurer named Kaya, who is determined to conquer the staircase. With every step, he feels the power of the wind encouraging him and the song of the sea accompanying him. At the top, he is greeted by a breathtaking panorama of ocean and sky.

But the true reward awaits below the surface, where Kaya gets carried away by the wonders of the underwater world at 1000 Steps. He explores coral reefs dotted with colourful fish, swims past imposing sea fans and is enchanted by the dance of sea turtles.

With a heart filled with wonder, Kaya returns to the surface knowing that he has not only conquered the stairs, but also experienced the beauty of the sea at 1000 Steps.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
