2021 is going to be a strange year. A year that is going to give a different perspective on life, which can sometimes be positive, but also a year where we need to remain vigilant. In this period of change and uncertainty, it is important to remain vigilant and take good care of each other.

Many people also seem to believe more in conspiracies, bringing different worlds and realities right up against each other. These increasing divisions can lead to challenges in communication and understanding between people. Therefore, it is crucial to remain open to different perspectives and to think critically.

It is a time to be aware of the information we consume and to verify its sources. At the same time, 2021 also offers opportunities for personal growth and positive change. By adapting to new circumstances and showing togetherness, we can emerge from these times stronger and more resilient.

So take care of yourself and each other. Let's try to navigate the complex reality of 2021 with empathy and understanding. This year can teach us to be more flexible and engaged with the world around us as we strive to balance caution with optimism.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
