About the artwork

Seltún, located on the Reykjanesskagi peninsula in Krýsuvík, is an absolute gem for nature lovers interested in geothermal activity. Known for its beautiful colours due to the volcanic activity taking place here, Krysuvik / Seltun is a landscape full of bubbling mud streams and bubbling, steaming geothermal springs. In fact, Seltun is the most active hot spring area in south-west Iceland. The area is dotted with brightly coloured shades of yellow, red and green, and you will find several geothermal features, including fumaroles, mud pools and hot springs. In the past, sulphur was mined here between 1722 and 1728, illustrating the area's rich history. Another feature of Seltún is the strong smell of sulphur in the air, which adds to the overall experience of the area. It is a unique experience to walk through this colourful landscape and enjoy the natural beauty created by geothermal activity. For travellers looking for an adventurous and unique experience in Iceland, a visit to Seltún is definitely worthwhile.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
