Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.

About ‘A dirt track on the Posbank’ by Anges van der Logt

The Posbank is a monumental memorial bench and adjoining teahouse on the southern Veluwe region near Rheden in the Dutch province of Gelderland. The Posbank is also popularly the name for the hilly moorland in which it lies, but this area is actually called the Herikhuizerveld. The bench stands at a height of 90 metres above NAP in the Veluwezoom National Park with views over the Herikhuizerveld, the IJssel valley, Arnhem, the Achterhoek and the Liemers to Germany. By comparison, the highest point on the Veluwe is the nearby Signal Imbosch (110 metres). The catering establishment (tavern) that used to be at Posbank was destroyed in a fire in 1996. In 2002, Natuurmonumenten had a new teahouse (Paviljoen de Posbank) built.
