About the artwork

A green closed clementine flower bud covered in fresh raindrops. The background is a pattened soft medium to dark green. The droplets cover the whole clemeintine bud with the aid of the flowers own fine hair. The drops are rolling down the flower bud. A wonderful green on green floral macro photograph of a clementine flower bud. The floral meaning of the clementine flower is 'do not refuse me'.

The view is at direct eye level focusing on the tip of the still closed green clementine flower bud. This macro floral gives the viewer the fresh early spring feeling. One can almost smell the clean air. The large pattern creates a wonderful contrast to the much smaller pattern the water droplets form on the flower bud.

I photographed this clementine just after we had a heavy Spring rain and it stopped for a moment. The water droplets weigh heavy on the bloom and are ready to fall.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
