About the artwork

Tulips, you can find them everywhere in the Netherlands. The most famous place is of course De Keukenhof, but you can also find them in the Flevopolder, Noord-Holland, West-Friesland, Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and so on. Of course, you yourself can also place tulip bulbs in your garden and the colourful tulips will look beautiful in your garden. Tulips are divided into 15 different groups. This subdivision makes it easier to search through the large assortment. They are grouped according to flowering time and flower shape. For instance, there are single, double, fringed, lily-flowered, botanical and parakeet tulips and there are early- and late-flowering tulips.
At the beginning of the seventeenth century, 'tulip fever' broke out. Tulip bulbs became extremely valuable in a short time. They were sold on paper for huge sums of money, while the bulb was often still in the ground. At the time, a single tulip bulb was worth as much as an entire canal house in Amsterdam.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
