Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘A view across the water’ by Greetje van Son

My aim was to create an image that radiates tranquillity. To this end, I drove to a small lake. The weather was rather drizzly, with little definition in the sky – ideal for a soothing image.
By using lens filters, I was able to use an extremely long shutter speed, blurring the water and the sky. On the bank stood a piece of art, partly designed as a seat from which to enjoy the view, but also as part of an artwork made from Corten steel. I ensured that this formed a beautiful vista through to the little lake behind it. In post-processing, I added a warm glow
This image will be a haven of tranquillity in any room.
