The entrance hall of an abandoned spa in Belgium. In the early 20th century, the rich all came to Spa to relax in this luxurious spa.
Thanks to the success of this spa, it was abandoned in 2004 for a newer and more modern complex nearby, nicknamed "Alla italia" because of the Italian architectural style used here.

Since 2014, I started the so-called hobby "Urban exploration" or "Urbex" for short.Urbex is entering and photographing abandoned buildings (Castles, factories, fancy villas, hospitals...).
Why do I do this?
Whenever I walk around these buildings, I am fascinated by the ancient architecture and details that can be found sporadically in contemporary buildings.
The power of decay also appeals to me, peeling paint, moss and mushrooms growing…
