Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.

The anemonefish (clownfish) in Coron, Philippines, is one of the most iconic inhabitants of the local coral reef. They are known for their bright orange colour with white stripes and their unique way of life. Around the Coron archipelago, you can find various species of anemonefish, such as the well-known three-banded anemonefish and the orange anemonefish.
Behaviour and Habitat
Symbiosis: The fish lives in close association with specific sea anemones. The anemone protects the fish from predators with its poisonous tentacles, whilst the anemonefish is immune thanks to a special mucus layer. In turn, the fish keep the anemone clean and provide it with food.
Communication: They communicate with each other by means of small popping and clicking sounds.
Diet: They are omnivores that feed on plankton, small crustaceans and undigested food scraps from the anemone.
