Stein Palms line the square in front of and the building of the Sächsische Aufbaubank - Förderbank on Gerberstraße in Leipzig, Germany.
The undulating shape of the building and the circular discs on tall round posts form beautiful, modern architecture. In this photo, you can see the part where it looks like the discs have been cut out of the roof to stand on poles elsewhere. In this photo, the poles carry the roof, just as the poles carry the rone discs.
The stone palms also provide shade as the building has its own stone trees and the same goes for the square in front and behind the building. It is worth a visit. The architectural masterpiece is found to the left of Leipzig's also extraordinary station building.
