About "Architecture on the TU Delft campus"

About the artwork

Delft University of Technology, building of the Geotechnology department. The head building of the building for Civil Engineering designed by Van den Broek and Bakema has become the new Geotechnology faculty building. The facade has been stripped and provided with a new glass facade. The design is by Jeanne Dekkers Architects. The vertical transport is organized in a newly built staircase in the head of the building. The facade is made entirely of glass that is provided with a print. The building that previously had a very closed character due to the use of concrete facade elements has been completely changed by this and has become the eye-catcher of the TU complex. The image is part of a photo series that I made of various buildings on the campus of the TU Delft.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
