A walk along the North Sea coastline between Schoorl and Petten yields beautiful images because of the many vistas with dunes, sea, piles and changing skies. Not only those vistas are striking but also the many varied imprints in the sand, consisting of patterns and structures, which are different every day. The photo shows an example of this. On the still partly wet sandy beach, there are special figures made of dried sand and they give an abstract effect. An abstraction you can't imagine. You can wonderfully fantasise about how these kinds of shapes can be created. A walk along the coast yields images like this, and being able to capture this with the camera gives even more pleasure.
You can also use this work to cover a wall to dream away in a longing for summer adventures.
