Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.

About ‘Auditorio Alfredo Kraus - Las Canteras Beach’ by Mariacristina Ello

It is always impressive to see the low tide in Las Canteras Beach, where the rocks start to emerge from the ocean and you can walk where normally you can only swim. There's something magical about gaining access to this temporary landscape.
The city reveals itself from a different perspective at this time - especially the iconic Auditorio Alfredo Kraus, which stands proudly along the coastline with the hills rising majestically behind it.
This photograph captured during a sunset walk holds special meaning for me. It evokes a profound sense of reassurance, representing home and safety in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. My hope is that viewers might experience their own sense of tranquility and belonging when they gaze upon this moment of natural transformation where land and sea meet.
