About "Autumnal day with the cool blue Manhattan Bridge"

About the artwork

From the Brooklyn Bridge you have a unique view of the adjacent Manhattan Bridge. The swirling water and gray sky show that the weather was quite autumnal on this October day. It gives the photo the necessary atmosphere.

On this bucket list trip to New York with my father, I decided to deliberately limit myself a bit on the photography front. I took "only" my backup camera (a Canon D600) with the smallest and cheapest lens I had (a Canon 50mm F/1.8). This first of all because we flew with only carry-on luggage, but definitely because my creativity is always triggered more when my options are limited. Hurricane Ian made for gray skies, but that made the photography on this trip wonderfully moody and autumnal.

It was a dream come true as I finally walked the streets of New York with my camera in my hands. If you see my other work you can see that city photography and photos of architecture are my favorite niche. It was great to finally be able to do this in the Big Apple.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
