Creating art offers not only a window into beauty, but also an opportunity to give something back. 'Ballet in Pink' is a work that depicts the delicate dance of life while contributing to a noble cause: breast cancer research, symbolised and supported by Pink Ribbon.

A fusion of digital art, AI and fine craftsmanship in Photoshop, this image shows a ballet dancer surrounded by a company of graceful flamingo's. In the process of my creation with AI, I often encounter image errors that are normally corrected manually. For this particular work, however, I took a different approach. At first glance, the image appears flawless, but closer inspection will reveal small imperfections. I have deliberately retained these imperfections, which I would usually refine. They emphasise that, as in life, perfection does not exist. The beauty lies precisely in the imperfections and the strength to embrace them. Like the fight against breast cancer, this work shows that something beautiful does not have to be free of flaws to be meaningful and inspiring.

With 'Ballet in Pink' I want to spread the message of hope and unity. It is a visual paean to the resilience of those affected by breast cancer and a tribute to the scientists working on the cure. Every print sold contributes to this cause, a dance of art and solidarity.
