About ‘Beltschutsloot moat’ by Jan Willem Oldenbeuving
In Beltschutsloot you can find several such canals where you can enjoy sailing your boat and enjoy the beautiful Weerribben-Wieden nature reserve. Especially when, in early spring, the reeds that have just been cut can be seen for miles around and at sunrise and sunset you can spot roe deer, which are present in many numbers.
