About ‘Berlin, Alexanderplatz.’ by Chris Rijnbeek
A night-time shot of this lively part of Berlin. As soon as the sun goes down, this part of the city fills with people. Taken with the camera on a tripod, using a long exposure to create a motion blur effect around the underground. This means that people walking past are not visible in the photo.

I started out with an SLR camera, went on to become a wedding photographer, and then sold everything I owned for that one goal: a Leica camera.
I capture what I find beautiful. Usually during a night-time stroll through a city, somewhere. With or without a tripod, I try to capture what lies before me.
