"Between space and frame - a bird's eye view of Marburg's temple of art"
Image description:
From the air, the inner courtyard of the Marburg Art Museum appears as a clearly structured, almost square space - framed by the modern, linear façades of the building. The light-coloured stone surfaces form a calm, orderly grid that unfolds an almost graphic effect through light, shadow and architectural details.
In the centre is a simple, circular fountain - a quiet focal point in the midst of the geometry. It acts like an architectural eye, focussing and at the same time breaking through the strict order around it.
The view from above reveals the deliberate design of the site: a dialogue of emptiness and form, function and aesthetics - an urban thinking space between art, space and silence.
