The birder's hut in the floodplain near Tiel is almost completely under water. It is February 2021 and high tide again.
The hut is in nature reserve "the Wetlands" and can normally be reached by decking for birders and photographers.

My roots are in beautiful Twente. After changing jobs I now live with children and grandchildren in the Rivierengebied ( Tiel , the Betuwe ) Beautiful area for photography. I used to do a lot of photography. Since 2016 more seriously engaged in this hobby. Started with a Nikon 5200 / 50 mm.
This was after a fall total-loss.
Switched to d 5300 with 18-100 mm lens.
The 50 mm from the old camera can still be used with a reversing ring and is then fine for super-macro.
