About "Black cat and his pretty, on Paris rooftops"

by ATELIER DE JIEL

About the artwork

On the rooftops of a big city where the chimneys still smoke a little poetry, two black cats meet, between light and shadow. One stands proud and protective, the other sits with a gentle gaze and a red collar around its neck. A silent complicity develops, almost a secret whispered between two pointed ears.

Behind them, the city gently sways, its facades tilted, its windows chattering, its roofs bluish like a dream in reverse. The skyline is criss-crossed with old aerials, witnesses to a Paris of yesteryear, still alive, still standing.

The Tower, for its part, observes the scene without a word, discreet but there - eternal. The almost naive blue of the sky makes this urban scene dance, with its tender, slightly surreal overtones.

A painting that meows softly in the ear of the imagination.
