About ‘Black poppies’ by Alex Dallinga
These poppies were shot in a large poppy field in Drenthe during a setting sun.
In post-processing, the colours were removed and the remaining grey tones inverted.
The end result is a surrealistic picture with poppies consisting of many shades of grey.
