About "Blood red heidelibel on poppy seed pellet"

About the artwork

The blood red heidelibel owes its name to the deep red color of the males. However, the dragonfly in the photo is a female. These are yellow in color.

When I photographed this dragonfly I could come very close to her. I held my macro lens less than ten centimeters away from her. She seemed to look at me and say 'you can photograph me'. This is very funny, because I had also asked her. I think it is so special that I was allowed to get so close with my macro lens. I thanked her for that too.

She also seemed to really look at me and smile at me. It was a moment like 'speaking with nature' for me. Very special.

Yellow is the color of brightness and cheerfulness. It gives a lovely sunny and happy feeling. Yellow calms stress and gives more mental flexibility. In combination with the green this picture works very harmonizing and balancing in the interior.

In this picture you can see beautifully the details of the animal. So beautiful. From this you can see that nature understands the definition of perfection.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
