About "Blue ink dissolves in green water"

About the artwork

The work shows a moment of controlled dissolution: dark blue ink sinks into a green-coloured water and unfolds there in fine, cloud-like structures. The movement is slow, almost floating, and creates an interplay of density, transparency and colour contrast. The green surroundings do not appear like a background, but like an active space in which the blue colour changes visibly.

The inspiration for this painting arose from the desire to have two strong colours meet in a fluid medium - not as a contrast, but as a dialogue. I am interested in how colour behaves in motion when it meets depth rather than surface.

The atmosphere is calm, but not static. The picture conveys a feeling of concentration and transition - like a thought that slowly takes shape. It invites observation without imposing a fixed interpretation.

In interior design, this work works particularly well in clearly structured, modern rooms. It adds visual depth and a touch of experimentation without being obtrusive. The unusual colour combination makes it a subtle but effective accent.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
