This is a watercolor of one of the most beloved peonies. The semi double flower of this peony changes color as it blooms. The flower absolutely lives up to its name 'coral charm'. The bud starts with a coral-pink color and transforms to salmon-orange. The plant blooms in May-June in the garden, but is also beautiful in a bouquet. The sunshine in the house!
This peony is not an award winner for nothing, both in Europe and in the USA.
