About the artwork

Bow of a ship in many colours moored in the harbour. The bow of a seagoing vessel. The anchor in the vaulting hole. The traces of rust and oil colours. The edge with worn paint the different layers of paint and colours. The different marks on the bow in white paint.

I walked through the harbour and saw a lot of ships during my visits. But I have never seen these variegated colours on a bow. The marks of rust the worn paint perhaps from a trip through the claim? It makes for an unusual collection of colours on the bow, showing a hard journey across the world's seas. Has the ship been in the far North through ice or hasn't had a yard turn for a long time. The ship looks tired.

Raw and the port as is the people working there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbour is another world. The landscape of the port is always changing. The ships the people the landscape it never ceases to fascinate me. Ship Viewer_Port photography raw and honest as the port itself. Port pictures on the wall of the living room office or study.
