About the artwork

Seagoing vessel empty sailing backwards into the harbor. a tough job for the pilot with an empty vessel into this harbor. this freighter is coming to get her cargo what will it be rolls of steel or other cargo? The crew is ready to moor the ship at the harbor quay.

A strong wind and a nice sunshine gives a different atmosphere to this rough industrial environment.
The large ships the large cranes with their large grabs controlled with precise movements. I can't take enough pictures of this. I can often be found at various places in the harbor. The harbor quay full of life and movement, the sounds and the people. That is where I get my inspiration.

The raw atmosphere and the bright colors and loud noises jump off the picture. Even in bad weather I like to be in the harbor.

Raw and the port as it is, the people who work there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbor is a different world. The landscape of the harbor is always in motion. The ships, the people and the landscape continue to fascinate me.

Ship's Eyes_Port Photography raw and honest as the port itself.
