Kidepo Valley National Park is Uganda's most remote wildlife park in the north of the country, bordering southern Sudan and northwestern Kenya. Rolling savannas, punctuated by rocky outcrops and granite mountains in the distance, give the park some of Uganda's finest panoramas scenically. I visited the game park in June. The rainy season makes it more difficult to spot animals, but the landscape is beautifully green during this time. And the many buffalo cannot be missed here anyway.
