The Burj Al Arab is one of the most iconic and luxurious hotels in the world, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in 1999, this striking structure is built on a man-made island and is connected to the mainland via a private bridge. Standing at 321 meters tall, the hotel resembles the sail of a traditional Arabian dhow, and was designed by British architect Tom Wright.
The Burj Al Arab offers only suite accommodation, with 202 suites spread over two floors. Each suite is opulently decorated with materials like marble, gold, and other lavish elements. The hotel features multiple restaurants, including Al Mahara, which gives the illusion of underwater dining with a massive aquarium wall providing views of marine life.
Another notable feature is the helipad, located 210 meters above ground, which has been used for spectacular events like tennis matches and stunts. Known for its unparalleled service, the Burj Al Arab is often marketed as a "seven-star hotel," symbolizing the pinnacle of luxury hospitality.
