My name is Peter Schouten. During my studies I came into contact with photography and image editing. Out of interest and love for nature I am often on the road with my camera. I always try to look for unique and rare plants, butterflies, insects and reptiles that occur in the Netherlands. I shoot with a macro lens. That means that I have to be as close as possible to my target in order to capture it in as much detail as possible.
