The Antelope Canyons are found near Page, Arizona. There are the Upper and the Lower Canyon where in the Upper Canyon the sunlight hits the ground through a narrow slit. This can usually be seen between 11:00-13:00. Access to the canyons is only possible when accompanied by a Navajo guide. The canyons are located in Navojo territory and are therefore also managed by them. The entrance fee is on the high side and you walk for an hour with hundreds of people through the sometimes very narrow canyon. But when you are there you will be amazed by the colors of the sandstone.
