The photo shows an authentic South American tree that grows, among others, in Paraguay, where this photo was also taken: the Samu'u in Guarani (national language in Paraguay among others). This tree can grow very tall and has many branches and leaves that provide a lot of shade in the heat of South American countries.
The inspiration for this photo came when I stood at the foot of this beautiful tree and was impressed by this huge jungle giant. Nature always makes me feel good and I wanted to convey this atmosphere to the beholder of this photo.
The emotion involved is that of being one with nature, and being part of the jungle and all its beautiful flora. Also a feeling of security where this giant protects you from the heat of the sun and offers a place to take a break and have a drink.
The photo was taken from below, so the you can clearly see what I could see at that moment. A huge tree, with a huge amount of greenery and branching. The sun has almost no chance of getting through.
In an interior, this photo gives a sense of being one with nature, of peace, and of security.
