The Zanskar valley in Ladakh, the northernmost province in India along the border with Tibet, is still relatively unknown. Especially with the big tourism. Children in the valley hardly see any strangers, because of the remote location and the fact that they only live snow-free for a few months. They are therefore sincerely surprised and curious in a disarming way.
Real encounters with people all over the world have attracted me from childhood. Traveling uninhibitedly unknown countries and continents and making contact with their residents.
