About ‘Christmas time in Hamburg’ by Hanse& Küsten Fotografie

Anyone who has ever been to Hamburg during Advent knows how magical this city can suddenly feel.

Between all the Christmas lights, people flock to get a mulled wine at one of the many Christmas markets.
It smells of roasted almonds, mulled wine and Christmas spices.

And on the Alster, where the fountain usually does its duty in summer, the annual Christmas tree stands and illuminates the Inner Alster.

The old St. Georg, Germany's oldest navigable steamship, exudes genuine maritime nostalgia when she sets sail again for Advent.
Thick clouds of steam billow out from under the old Lombardsbrücke bridge as she leisurely glides underneath.

This picture looks great in the office, the living room, in fact anywhere.
It is perfect for maritime and Hamburg fans.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
