About ‘Chrysler Town & Country (1951 - 1977)’ by Ingo Rasch
After the production of Chrysler Town & Country estate cars with wooden bodies was discontinued, Chrysler switched to the production of large, rear-wheel-drive estate cars with all-steel bodies. To this day, glued-on wood imitations are the trademark of the Town & Country models.
