About "City room"

About the artwork

The painting presents an overwhelming scenery in a huge room or hall. The dimensions of this room are breathtaking and create a sense of awe. Three huge windows dominate the scene and are fitted with shutters. The floor is made of tiles or oiled wooden planks and extends into the foreground.

What immediately catches the eye is the surreal nature of this scene. People, cyclists and trees seem to exist in this unusual space. Outside the windows, a massive city stretches out, reminiscent of ancient temples such as Mayan structures, but also with echoes of modern metropolises such as New York or Berlin. A river runs through the city and can be crossed on a striped bridge.

The most outstanding feature of the painting is undoubtedly the light that shines in from an unidentified light source and fills the room with a magical atmosphere. This light seems almost like a divine ray that floods the room and bathes the scenery in a special glow.

The architecture and walls in this room are extremely original in design and create a sense of uniqueness and mysticism. A platform or balcony offers a spectacular view of the city and the horizon.

The scene seems enchanted and surreal, and it is difficult to tell whether it exists in reality or in the imagination of the viewer. The painting invites the viewer to dive into this fantastic world and experience the magic and uniqueness of this scenery.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
