Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (CAC) (Valencian: Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències), or the City of Arts and Science, is one of Valencia's leading landmarks. Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias was designed by Santiago Calatrava, a world-renowned Spanish architect. Construction started in 1989 and took two decades.
