About ‘Close to Fall’ by Rudi Lippi

This autumn collage work shows an intriguing fusion of man and nature.

A child's face appears in the centre, partly hidden behind a veil of leaves and ferns. The skin has a greenish hue, making the face almost seem to blend into the natural surroundings. One eye, bright blue and intense, immediately attracts attention: it seems to be a gateway to another reality.

Around the face, a rich carpet of autumn leaves unfolds in warm colours - deep orange, red, rust and golden yellow. The leaves overlap and form an almost magical frame that surrounds the face. Ferns and veins enhance the organic character, while flecks of light and soft transitions evoke a dreamy atmosphere.

The work exudes a sense of mystery, stillness and connection to nature. The child seems both a part of the forest and a guardian of it - an autumn spirit hovering between reality and imagination.

I consider this a big progression for me because I had the chance to experiment, in a whole new way, with various photo programs for the last 12 months.

The variety in Photography that I`ve done, like concerts, nature, forms, objects, people and more, are now a well formed library to be `recycled`
I`ve been working on several projects with my `old` photos to shape new…

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
